What is the return policy?
At Peachlea’s we will gladly accept any items for exchange or store credit within 21 days of order.
Peachlea offers FREE exchanges for Canadian orders, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping label to return the item you are exchanging.
To return an item for refund, Peachlea is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Peachlea is also not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier.
Please note that e-gift certificates are not eligible for a refund.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. If you have any questions or concerns about Return Shipping, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com.

Please note, that the shipping label for returns is not pre-paid as you will be required to pay the return shipping.
What if my item is damaged?
The Peachlea team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
