How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as we have shipped your package, we will send you an email with the shipping information, including the tracking information and a direct link to the shipping provider’s website. Click Here to track your package with Canada Post for Canada orders and United States standard orders OR Click Here to track your package with DHL for all international orders and any United States express orders.

 Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, as we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, we cannot process cancellations or modifications after you have placed your order

 I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation email, what should I do?

Not to worry, please verify that this email didn’t go into your junk mail folder. If you still can’t find the email please send us an email at info@peachlea.com and include your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot take orders over the phone. You can however, place an order on our online website from your smartphone as our whole site is mobile friendly.
