We hope that you LOVE your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen because you are unable to try on the clothing. If this happens and you are not happy with your purchase, we offer exchange, store credit or refund within 21 days of purchase.
All returns must follow the below guidelines:
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Peachlea hangtags, attached.
- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- We cannot accept price adjustments on prior purchases during our sale periods.
Peachlea offers FREE EXCHANGES OR FREE RETURNS TO STORE CREDIT for all Canadian orders over $100, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping label to return the item you are exchanging. After we receive the item we will mail you the new size and provide you with the tracking number.
To return an item for refund, Peachlea is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Peachlea is also not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier.

If you would like to make a return, please email email@example.com to let us know that you'd like to return an item and we will email you a return form to complete or click on the link below to download the form. If you download the below for, please also ensure to send us an email.
Once the return form is completed please email us straight away prior to putting the items in the mail. Please allow us 24 business hours to get back to you.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
International and United States customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
