The only way for us to issue you store credit is if you have an account with Peachlea. Once you have an account, it’s really easy! When you login, using your credit should be an option upon checkout. If you checked out as a guest and wish to make a return or an exchange, we will contact you once we receive the item. You will have to create an account with us before we issue credit.
I haven’t received my store credit, what should i do?
It can sometimes take up to 5 business days to process your return. Please keep in mind that this does not include shipping time. You will receive an email as soon as the credit is applied to your account.
If you haven’t received your credit after 5 business days and your tracking information shows that we have received your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you have your order information ready
