We hope that you LOVE your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen because you are unable to try on the clothing. If this happens and you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refund within 21 days of purchase.

All returns must follow the below guidelines:

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the order.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Peachlea hangtags, attached.
Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
We cannot accept price adjustments on prior purchases during our sale periods.
Any merchandise purchased during our "Semi Annual" Sale at a discounted price is Final Sale.
All jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE. 
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Undergarments (Invisibra and Bralettes) for hygienic reasons are FINAL SALE. Please ensure to choose your appropriate size.

Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size. Please email customer service for assistance with exchanges for different colours or styles, or if the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable.
Online exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in Canada.
Online exchanges are shipped using ground shipping. If you require faster shipping times, please contact customer service.
If you have been charged for the new item, we will refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our returns facility.

We accept return packages within 21 days from the delivery date. If your return is postmarked after this time frame, your return may be denied and sent back to you.

We accept exchanges within 21 days of the item’s delivery date. 

If you would like to make a return, please email info@peachlea.com to let us know that you'd like to return an item and we will email you a return form to complete and prepaid shipping label if applicable. 

Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your Peachlea return label and attach to your package. Drop it off with the shipping carrier referenced on your return label, either being Canada Post or UPS. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded. 

Peachlea offers FREE EXCHANGES OR FREE RETURNS TO STORE CREDIT for all Canadian orders over $150 USD, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at info@peachlea.com and we will send you a shipping label to return the item you are exchanging. After we receive the item we will mail you the new size and provide you with the tracking number.

To return an item for refund, Peachlea is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Peachlea is also not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier.

For orders under $150 USD, we still offer refund, exchange, or store credit. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Peachlea is also not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier.

Shot Answer..It depends! 

If your order value was over $150 USD we offer FREE exchanges and FREE returns to store credit. This means that WE pay for your shipping label.
If your order value is under $150 USD or if you'd rather have a refund, Peachlea is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Peachlea is also not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier. 
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

If you choose to be refunded in Peachlea Online Credit, you will receive an additional $5 in Peachlea Online Credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns or orders that any online credit was applied to. Limited to one bonus credit per order.

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. We won't leave you hanging!

Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend you print out the return form for each order online or write each order number on a slip of paper and include them inside your return package. Packages received without proper order identification may result in longer than estimated processing times.

Yes! We offer Free Ground Shipping on the first exchange of any order over $150 USD. After that, each exchange is subject to additional shipping costs.
