When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). All international orders are shipped via DHL. Please visit https://www.dhl.com for tracking information (if applicable). To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at dhl.com.

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

If your package is subject to taxes and import duties, these must be paid by you in order for your package to be cleared by customs. 
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by Peachlea from the carrier.

For clothing orders, we try our best to send out your package on time every day so that you get them as quickly as possible. This means that all orders placed before 10am Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday will be processed the same day! If you place your order after 10am EST, your order will be processed on the next business day. 

For jewelry orders, please allow 2-4 weeks.
 
Please note that once your package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over the package. As such, the delivery times listed above are only estimations and we are not responsible for and delays caused be the shipping carrier. Shipping time for remote locations or smaller towns specifically may vary depending on postal service for the area. Peachlea can never guarantee a delivery date.
 
We will not process any orders on weekends and holidays.
